The Durban Metro Police Drug Team, working alongside Counter Narcotics KZN, conducted an intelligence-driven operation at a suspected drug outlet on South Coast Road, Clairwood, on 13 August 2026.
The operation resulted in the arrest of a 52-year-old male for possession of drugs.
Drugs seized:
– 5 pieces of suspected crack cocaine
– 34 bags of suspected crystal meth
– Estimated street value: R3 900
The suspect was detained at Montclair SAPS, and the seized exhibits were handed in for further investigation.
