A horrific accident involving three motor vehicles occurred this morning at the R81, Ga-Khesothopa Four-Way Stop.
According to the information available, a minibus taxi entered the intersection. A white Renault Clio that was on the move allegedly stopped, and a VW R-Line following the Clio hit it from behind.
Unconfirmed number of people sustained serious injuries.
The cause of the accident is yet to be confirmed and police, emergency medical services, fire fighters and rescue are on scene.
Motorists are urged to exercise extreme caution and expect delays in the area while emergency services attend to the scene.
