A 43-year-old foreign national male suspect is expected to appear before the Nebo Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, on charges of possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
The suspect was arrested by Hlogotlou police on Monday, 15 June 2026, at approximately 15:30 at a filling station in Vleisboom, under the Hlogotlou policing precinct.
The suspect remains in police custody and is expected to appear before the Nebo Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 17 June 2026.
Police investigations are ongoing to determine the status and validity of the suspect’s legal documentation.
