Mr Mhaga was last seen on 13 November 2025 and was reported missing on 17 November 2025. According to the report, he was wearing blue trousers at the time of his disappearance. The witness could not confirm what other clothing he was wearing.
A K9 #SearchandRescue Unit was informed about the missing person. However, the family requested that the search should not continue, as they believe that Mandisi is with the ancestors and that he has a calling. They further indicated that a police search could disturb the ancestors and place his life at risk. As a result, detectives conducted preliminary investigations, but no physical search was carried out in line with the family’s wishes.
