The South African Police Service in Limpopo continues to intensify the fight against drug-related and serious organised crime through intelligence-driven operations across the province.
On Tuesday, 20 January 2026, members of the Provincial Organised Crime and Narcotics Team conducted a planned intelligence-led adhoc operation focusing on drug-related activities.
The operation was carried out at an identified location at Doornkraal, Annadale, in the Westenburg policing area. During the operation, a 37-year-old male suspect was arrested for possession of drugs. Drugs including crystal meth and rock cocaine with an estimated street value of R2 700.00 have been seized.
The suspect will soon appear before the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court.
