An intelligence driven operation conducted by Anti-Gang Unit members led to the recovery of a firearm in Elsies River on Friday, 14 November 2025. An 18-year-old suspect was arrested for the possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Goodwood Magistrates court on Monday, 17 November 2025 on the mentioned charges.
