Johannesburg District police have arrested three suspects during intelligence-driven operations targeting drug-related crimes in Alexandra and Hillbrow.
A woman was arrested for dealing in drugs in Alexandra, where police seized three ziplock bags containing suspected crystal methamphetamine and 40 Mandrax tablets.
In a separate operation, a 23-year-old man was arrested for possession of 30 Mandrax tablets in Alexandra.
Meanwhile, a 33-year-old suspect was arrested for allegedly dealing in dagga in Hillbrow.
The suspects are expected to appear before the relevant magistrates’ courts on Monday, 07 September 2026.
