#SAPS in Lamberts Bay are seeking the assistance of the public in tracing Louis Agrela (63) depicted in the photograph, who is wanted for fraud which was committed between October 2018 and August 2023. A warrant for his immediate arrest was issued by the Clanwilliam Magistrates’ court.
