Police have arrested a 50-year-old suspect believed to be the driver and owner of a white Toyota Hilux bakkie that was abandoned by a group of suspects following a violent attack at a mine in Hlaneki village under the Giyani policing area.
Police are continuing with efforts to trace additional suspects linked to the incident while the arrested suspect is expected to appear before Giyani Magistrate’s Court soon.
