JMPD Tactical Response Unit (TRU) recovered a stolen & cloned silver Kia Sportage at Comaro Crossing.
The vehicle was reported stolen as per the Rabie Ridge SAPS case.
Investigations revealed the current driver was a victim of a scam, having purchased the vehicle from a seller in Vereeniging with proof of payment and an agreement letter.
The vehicle has been booked in at Aeroton SAPS vehicle pound for further processing.
