A total of 746 suspects were nabbed for various offences committed across the Limpopo province during the joint multi-disciplinary #SaferFestiveSeason #OperationShanela executed from Monday 22 December until Sunday 28 December 2025.
The operations were executed through premises and vehicles searches, high visibility patrols, roadblocks, stop and searches, vehicle check points, tracing of wanted suspects, farms visited, licensed liquor premises inspections, and informal business inspected such as spaza shops to ensure labour law compliance.
