BLOEMSPRUIT – Police are urgently requesting the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old Patricia Nteboheleng Mokgethi, who went missing on New Year’s Day.
It is alleged that Ms. Mokgethi was last seen on 1 January 2026 after she was given money to purchase beverages from a nearby bottle store in the Khayelitsha area. She departed for the store alone but failed to return home.
The matter was officially reported to the police by her boyfriend on Sunday, 4 January 2026, at approximately 13:15. She was last seen wearing Black jeans, a white top, and black flip-flops.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen Ms. Mokgethi or who has any information regarding her current whereabouts to Contact Colonel Lekhauli Thito of Bloemspruit Detectives directly at 082 526 2691, call the SAPS Crime Line at 08600 10111 or submit a confidential tip-off via the MySAPS App.
