Police in KwaZulu-Natal are seeking the assistance of community members in locating 20-year-old Zethembe Joyful Mzulwini, who is commonly known as “Zwe” from Mpusheni Reserve in Folweni. The wanted suspect was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition in January 2025 and was later released on bail, however he violated his bail conditions.
While on bail, Zethembe allegedly committed a double murder when he reportedly shot and killed two siblings at their home at Mpusheni Reserve on 28 April 2025. A warrant of his arrest was issued by the Nsimbini Magistrate’s Court on 5 May 2025.
Police are appealing to anyone who might have information about the whereabouts of Zethembe to contact Detective Constable Khuzwayo on 082 3348 323 or make use of the Crime Stop 08600 10111. Tip-offs can also be relayed via the MySAPS App.
