The South African Police Service (SAPS) Provincial Detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted for cybercrimes, intimidation and crimen injuria.
The suspect, Mulolo Elysee Buanga (63) originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), committed the crime of Section 14 of SA cybercrimes Act 19 0f 2020, intimidation and crimen injuria on 20 March 2025. The crimes were reported in different police stations around Gauteng province.
