GQEBERHA – SAPS Provincial Serious Violent Crime Investigation Unit is appealing for the public’s assistance to locate and arrest one of Nelson Mandela Bay’s most wanted suspects.
Thembinkosi Mangesi alias Terra, a 35-year-old male, has been implicated in five separate murder cases, business robbery, attempted murder and car hijacking during 2023 in the Kariega and Booysens Park areas. He has since been on the run.
